Both, depending on the project. Fixed price suits a clear scope and a firm number. Time and materials suits a brief that moves fast. We recommend the model that costs you least, not the one that earns us most.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We always start with an audit of a few days: state of the code, technical debt, security risks. You get an honest report, including one that concludes a takeover is a bad idea.

Scoping starts at around $5,000, a full application project at around $30,000. Maintenance and support contracts start at $750/month. Below that, we will honestly point you towards an off-the-shelf product rather than something custom. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before GST and QST.

In Canada by default, in data centres located in Quebec or Ontario. If a mandate calls for a provider based outside the province, we first run the privacy impact assessment required by Law 25, and you get the findings before any decision is made.

You leave with everything: code, infrastructure, documentation, access. We run a handover with your new team and stay available for a month after you go. No contract holds you technically.

Yes. We are in Montréal, and we work remotely with clients across Canada and the United States, in French and in English. We travel for scoping workshops and the moments that matter.
